TCG & Promotional Mounts
The World of Warcraft Trading Card Game (TCG) releases some cards which contain codes that can be redeemed for in-game items like mounts. You can find more information on the WoW TCG at WoW Wiki.
Other codes for mounts may be given away as rewards for participating in Blizzard events like BlizzCon or promotions like the Refer-A-Friend system. And some codes may be purchased directly from the Blizzard Store.
